Peggy the stegosaurus may look tough with her armour-like plate, but inside she is as sweet as her crunchy, layered fudge! Peggy is always looking out for her friends, protecting then with her mighty tail. but when the day is done, she loves sharing her crunchy, peanut-filled fudge with everyone. Peggy’s friends know they can count on her to keep them safe and well-fed.
About Peggy
Peggy is known for her powerful tail and backplates, but inside, she’s a softy who loves sweet treats. Stego-Crunch fudge is Pegg’s favourite, combining caramel, peanuts, and chocolate into one crunchy delight.
Fun Stegosaurus Facts
- Plates for Display: The large plates on Stegosaurus’ back were likely used for display, perhaps to intimidate predators or attract mates.
- Tiny Brain: Despite its large size, Stegosaurus had a very small brain, about the size of a walnut.
- Tail Weapon: Stegosaurus had a spiked tail, called a “thagomizer,” which it used to defend against predators.
- Slow Mover: Stegosaurus was not very fast, moving at a top speed of about 5 mph.
- Herbivore Diet: It had a beak and small teeth suited for chewing plants, including ferns and cycads.
